Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy Confirmation & Payment A Superstar’s place is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-secured basis. Full-term Fees & Prorating Full-term fees are due for all Superstars joining before week 6. Children joining after week 6 may have fees prorated. For flexible attendance, daily class fees are also available. No Refunds or Make-Up Classes All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer make-up classes or credit for missed sessions. Sickness & Absences If your child is unwell, please keep them at home for their comfort and the safety of others. Behaviour & Participation To ensure a safe and positive environment, we reserve the right to withdraw a child from classes if their behaviour affects others. No refund will be issued in such cases. Health & Safety Parents/guardians must provide information on all allergies, medications, or health conditions during registration. All medications must be clearly labelled and handed to staff at drop-off.
